I just heard about white tea for the first time the other day. Green and white teas are known to contain the highest concentration of health-promoting antioxidants. White tea is known to deliver unique, synergistic antioxidant polyphenols from my research so far. A white tea nutritional supplement combined with green tea could be a great asset for overall health and well being.
